High-density Polyethylene Piping Products
The Spirally Wound, Leak-Proof Piping Solution. Spirolite® from ISCO.
Spirolite is a superior piping system solution—faster to install, with longer design life and better performance than legacy pipe—in sizes up to 120-inch diameter.
Spirolite is a complete, specialized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fluid conveyance network solution that includes pipe, fittings, manholes and structures made from spirally wound HDPE pipe. Available in large diameters and designed for easy installation, Spirolite is superior to traditional concrete or ductile iron pipes across almost every measure in gravity and low pressure applications.
Why choose Spirolite?
With high elongation at break and high stress-crack resistance, Spirolite outperforms traditional pipe materials as conditions change, either gradually (settling) or abruptly (such as from an earthquake).
Spirolite’s unit weight is considerably less than traditional pipe products, contributing to significantly easier handling and reduced shipping and installation costs.
Spirolite HDPE pipe products offer hydraulics equal to or better than any other piping material, opening the potential to use smaller diameters or reduced slopes to meet flow requirements.
Spriolite's bell and spigot joint meets ASTM D3212 criteria to deliver leak-free performance in sanitary sewer, industrial waste and other critical applications.
Spirolite’s high resistance to chemicals, corrosion and abrasive materials offers more reliable long-term performance in a wide array of applications.
